Site Launch Date
We were going to launch the site today and decided to push it until Monday the 23rd. We had some members suggest that a launch on Friday wasn't a good idea. We agree, Mondays are better. Plus we still have a few things we are working on that will be done this weekend. You get a few more days to promote also.
Overall, the launch date isn't a major factor. Most everything is fully functional and you can make purchases, advertise, etc.
Commissions
Some commissions have already started to be paid out and I will be paying more during the weekend.
